abpiq emerging from bankruptcy
what's a good bankruptcy stock right now?
abpiq emerging from bankruptcy
Any thoughts on BVTI? when is this coming out of bankruptcy
They will emerge from bankruptcy later this year. The reorganization plan is nearly complete for accentia. The BLA will also be filed after they have a pre-fda meeting in the summer. Peer review of phase 3 will also come out and secondary endpoint data regarding survival will also be released. They are also waiting on a contract regarding their autovax. A rise in the share price will happen to both company since dndn reached a 5 billion market cap pre-approval so I don't see why accentia and biovest can't reach a market cap north of 500 million. Still a lot of room to grow for both company.
BVTI to emerge from bankruptcy this summer. (June)
Yup both abpiq and bvti will emerge from bankruptcy soon. Accentia is likely going to own more than 80% of biovest's equity after the reorganization. Both will see significant upside from this level. I personally like accentia better as they have other product in their pipeline and also royalty from bdsi when their drug is approved.

Plan of reorganization for abpiq is out. All common shares for accentia is retained and accentia will still be the majority owner of biovest. All debt can be converted to shares via warrant. Total shares outstanding is slighly over 130 million if all warrant is converted, but only some will likely be converted so the total oustanding shares can sit nicely below 100 million. The news will probably be released tommorow; hopefully giving a pop to the share price.
I would recommend RMIXQ.
Could someone please help explain bankruptcy stocks to me?
