    Default VXGN and HIV vaccine

    VXGN has licensed a vaccine that has shown to be effective (in combination with another vaccine) in preventing Aids in a study released today. The license belongs to a nonprofit organization. What effect will this have on VXGN stock? (OTC:VXGN)
