Linkwell Corporation (OTC:LWLL), through its 90% ownership of its subsidiary, Shanghai Likang Disinfectant Hi-tech Co., Ltd, develops, manufactures and distributes disinfectant healthcare products in China. Founded in 1998, Shanghai Likang Disinfectant Hi-tech Co., Ltd, has developed into China’s top-ranked medical disinfection high-tech enterprise with several years’ rapid growth. Formerly a Second Military Medical University-owned technology company, Likang always attaches great importance to the R&D and sales of new sterilization products. The company has obtained the most disinfection product licenses approved by the Ministry of Health, and is equipped with the all the liquid, gel, powder and tablet production lines. The company is in possession of 12 patents and has 25 others in process, as well as a great deal of know-how. The company can put forward two to four new products each year. Being the largest provider of medical disinfection products and technical service providers, Linkwell has a national marketing and sales presence in more than 5,000 medical institutions, throughout all 22 provinces, five autonomous regions, and four special municipalities of China.


As the swin flu H1N1 hit in April 2009. This company was in the green to grow. Second Quarter Earnings results for end of June 2009 in August were extremely good. Total revenues were $6.37m, compared with the $4.76m in the prior year’s second quarter. Gross profit for the 2009 second quarter amounted to $3.8m from $2.37m in the second quarter of 2008, up 60%. Net income soared to $1.49m from $367,000 in the same period a year earlier, increasing 307%. Therefore LWLL seems valued at a discount with a PE value of 5.0378, one of the lowest in the Personal & Household Prods. industry. The PE is the price to earnings and was found on my broker site. This company is extremely undervalued fundamentally. I cant wait to see the earnings coming up this should really take off then. The H1N1 started to really spread around after August. I see them blowing away earnings coming up not that they really have too right now they have a undervalued Earnings Per share as it is. The number one disinfectant brand in China what more do I need to say. This is a monster in the making. I own shares in the company and I am long as I know this will breakout out here in the coming weeks/months.
