KATX Exploration Inc is an exploration company.

The company has a variety of mineral properties consisting of Gold, Copper and Silver. Kats Exploration’s principal objective is to locate, stake, prove up and sell mineral properties through out the province of Newfoundland.

I love this stock, the sky is the limit on this one. We should see JV news about Lucky property soon with a world class mining compary - Vale Inco, and more results and drilling starting on the Handcamp property. Then there are 2 other high quality properties, not to mention the carbon credits income, the funding in place, and the foreign listing on an asian exchange. This is being set up for a huge rnu by the management. What a fantastic company!

Did you see the gold results? very promising. What is your target price for this? I'm expecting 0.20 in the near term, but I've seen analyses as high as $4.00 on another board. I would be thrilled with $1.00.

How are the fundamentals of the company?

What do you mean by fundamentals? This is an exploratory mining company listed on the pinksheets. The value of the company is in the gold, silver, and copper they can pull from the ground, in the work that they have done to determine the best drilling sites, the capital they have raised to do drilling, and the speculation of joint ventures.

There are a lot of people saying there is a joint venture between Vale Inco and KATX - Vale Inco has staked all of the claims surrounding the KATX Lucky (copper) property which is a very good sign as far as JV's go. The gold property is nearing the test drilling stage and a major conference in early March will be key to announcing the results.

The private investors that KATX secured put up $5Mil for 50Mil restricted shares. That's a purchase at $0.10 a share. Can you imagine that private investors would put up $5Mil without the expectation of getting a significant return on their investment?

I bought into this stock around 0.02 and I am aquiring a lot more now that we're at ~0.05-0.06. The keys to this stock for the short term are the beginning of the test drilling (must occur before March conf), any JV news (very likely), and the results of the conference. It is rare to find a semi-long term play in the pinksheets with this much potential.
