WRGL has signed an acquisition agreement with American Resource Petroleum Corporation (AMRPCO) to acquire two separate licenses for their oil sand and oil shale extraction process. Additionally, WRGL will recover oil on property controlled by AMRPCO in Utah, with proven recoverable oil reserves in excess of 125 Million Barrels.
