I held HEB for about 4 weeks, and sold all my shares when it hit $4.50. Why take FDA so long to approve this drug? BTW, I think Jazz is a good long term investment.~~

I believe that an extended delay woth no news cann only mean a delay in the process. Ampligen is a highlyanticipatd drug which has been developed since 1990 and classified as an orphan drug. Hence, there is much more scepticism on approval cause they want to get it right. In my opinion, i believe that they are working out the final kinks and it will be approved based on the strong clinical data presented, either way its a good hold to wait for approval, we all saw what VNDA could do after approval of its schitsophrenia drug.

I believe this drug is very unique and doubt if FDA has the required and qualified staff to assess this drug.

I hold the view that no news is good news. But what we have seen for the past few days seems to suggest otherwise.

I should have sold when all that anticipation was up back in early June.... when is FDA going to do something?!
