Anyone know what is going on with SPPI. It appears as though the buyers have left and the stock is languishing cose the the floor at $5.00. I am a swing trader and have a substantial investment into this company so I hope it makes its way back to the stratoshpere. The FDA has damaged so many traders and companies with their delays and requests for additinoal information at the eleventh hour. If Obama wants to make an impact with the economy he could tell them to get their stuff together and hit their deadlines in order to aid in the upward mobility of the stocks that will be approved and avoid the long delay in stringing along those who will not.
Is there a way to receive FDA approvals by email as they happen?

The traders want the quick hits, and I can understand that. But and investor is looking for the long term gains which in the end is a lot more. So I've decided to do both, I'll keep a majority holding while trading a minority at key intervals because I do believe in HEBS long term potential but I don't want to ignore the short pops which add up as well. Then you can either buy back more on the dips, reinvest in other great potentials such as NVAX or just spend and enjoy... Whatever you do it's going to take PATIENCE!!! Please don't GAMBLE your money away. You've done your DUE DILIGENCE, let the FDA do theirs. Peoples LIVES are at stake; this is a DRUG. However, there is an opportunity for all of us to WIN as finance is what's involved in the whole process... thus the stock market where we do play a role in the process as SHAREHOLDERS. Our collective due diligence tells us that Ampligen will be approved sometime soon albeit longer than what any of us has expected, but this wait has given many of us more opportunity to ADD or even modify down our investment to manageable levels. I wish you all well!!!
Yes, I've seen the FDA approval site but I believe it is 24 hours behind....I'm wondering if the is a real time website that we could receive emails from upon announcements.
My experience over the past 2 months is if you don't hear right away you miss the opportunity- I've learned by jumping in too late (and I am talking only an hour or so after approval) they seem to run quick and then fall of a cliff....

Who, ie what group or individual is making the 'decision' that we're waiting on. It seems ridiculous that no one can answer this question or anyone who does hasn't bothered to explain!
It would seem the FDA might not want anyone to know who is making the decisions, they might get a lot of phone calls too, any thoughts?
