    Dear Dianne,

    We understand that the FDA need more time but they have to tell you why they need so much time this is not 1 to 2 weeks anymore if there is a delay more than one mount they are obligate to explane.
    in this case we as share holders have the right to know and because you are the communication between the company Hemispherx and the private share holders i ask an document witch is justice the reason off delay.

    How hard is it for the company or the FDA to be upfront with the release date. Either it passed or it's coming why keep it a mystery?

Some of the members in each group can be scientists, doctors, etc. The HEB group is having staffing issues, which could mean that one or more of the staff (group) members is unavailable to work on it at this time.     I believe that sometimes even the execs. need to cash in a little to have extra cash to buy a boat, send a kid to college, update their kitchen, etc. I wouldn't worry about the small amount of shares the good doctor sells.

    I bought HEB back in early May @ .95. Sold around 2.4. Waiting to get back in around 1.5 to hold till approval.
