What I can't understand in the case of HEB or any other delayed ruling...is how FDA delays of weeks and months in some cases are tolerated? Forget the stock market implications for a second and just think about the business process. Any company missing their calendar events, consistently time and time again, clearly has an internal process problem that needs to be address. Is it staffing? Management? Who knows. I just know that if I ran my business like they do...I would have been fired years ago. All this is simply more troubling when you consider it happens at the organization that is in charge of protecting and deciding core medical support for our country. Crazy.

The answer to your question is simple, it's run by the government. Government is filled with people who can't/wouldn't/couldn't make it in the private sector. Since I don't want to get into a heated debate on politics here I will simply give a few examples to make my point.

Point 1:
When the fed. took over GM who did the put in charge of the new entity, someone who knows nothing about the car industry. When Chrysler was in trouble in the late 70's who did they hire, Lee Iacocca. And look at the results, Iacocca revived Chrysler and once again made it a viable company. The "car czar", well he was given the boot, and I do have to give credit to the fed. on letting him go once they realized he was not fit for the job (that's why he should have never been considered in the first place!).

Point 2:
The DMV, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, Welfare, and the list goes on and on and on.

I dont konw how much more of this I can take. Im averaged in now at 3.45, and getting killed a little more each day.

I dont know what else needs to be done to boost this stock aside from Carter screaming "we got the approval" naked.

We got added to the Russell, had a press conference, and other good crap....its still not enough. Everyones loosing faith in this sucker of a stock. I however, am stuck with this thing until it pulls back to my buyin so I can GTFO.

I wonder whether FDA will say something or notify SEC if FDA has notified HEB about its decision and HEB still indicates PUBLICLY that it has not received FDA's decision. Don't really know how FDA works and its responsibility. I hope HEB will provide us good news soon.
