Are they as unorganized in those practices as they are offering Approval/Rejection Information? That to me is scary. Learning to adhere to a self appointed deadline should be the least challeging aspect of running an organization tasked with protecting the health and safety of the American people. My point had nothing to do with the stock price and the market..try re-reading the initial statement. Maybe go real slooooow this time.
You clearly don't understand how the FDA works. The amount of time it takes in anaylizing the data varies greatly from drug to drug and when a company like HEB continues to submit additional data to the FDA after they filed the NDA doesn't help the situation in reguards to the FDA hitting deadlines. Even so the deadlines are merly guidelines used by the FDA and when a drug requires more scrutiny the deadline is thrown to the wayside as it should be. This isn't a predictable process yet over 90% of drugs will recieve a action letter from the FDA within 10 months of when the NDA is filed.

Marketwatch.....the FDA does care about the drug companys, the BIG drug companys. Vanda has a drug for mental disorders that works, the FDA had a target date for 9/08. They were given a nonapproval. Turns out that Eli Lilly was coming out with the same kind of drug in 4/09.
Vanda was given a new target date 5/09 one month after Lilly's drug would have been released. At the end of March Lilly had to make thier trials public and the drug did not work. More people improved on the placibo than on the real drug. Vanda's drug was approved without anymore testing. I sat on Vanda for almost a year, I was in at .77 and sold at 10.00. Thanks to the FDA only caring which way the big money flows I was able to make a little change.

The FDA did ask Vanda to conduct more testing but they couldn't afford to do so but they did do additional analysis of the existing data set and Vanda claims this is what got the drug passed.

Is HEB going to sit around the $2 mark for another 6 months or so or does anyone have a feel for any movement one way or the other they expect coming up. I bought in at $1.02 and am cool with the double up but I was hoping for a whole lot more on this one.

The past few weeks HEB has shown that it has a decent amount of support around $2.00. It will most likely sit around here until any credible news is released.

A lot of people are still interested in HEB so there should be some more volatile surges coming. It also helps that flu season is coming, since Ampligen's main credible use is as an adjuvant.

HEB continues to hold last weeks low of $1.87. I will be buying for a quick trade when HEB breaks back up through $2

I thought in was mentioned in the last conference call that we should hear something from the fda sometime this fall. I believe the stock has been going down because of our unwillingness to wait for a decision. I personally don't think the company has been completely truthful and upfront with us investors. I will continue to wait this one out because of Ampligen's potential.

Don't hold your breath on Adjuvant use. If H5N1 mutates then that might accelerate use. Orders would be for testing. The main trial in Japan for H1N1 adjuvant has been funded but, no word on start or completion. CFS approval and then some news on Adjuvant trials starting is hopeful.
