I read the FDA complete response letter, it makes perfect sense, especially with the disease they found, of course the FDA needs more data... they are running out of cash too, they will need to raise capital at the end of this year, or start of next year. What everyone still has to realize, CFS isn't recognized by the FDA. think about it.. its like when the APA finally came out and said being *** wasn't a mental disease. its a BIG step

sorry about that. i could get out of it couple of days ago. i bought a
few thousand of it @1.4 in May. the following is the tomorrow conference call agenda of Hemispherx i copied from yahoo message board (may not be true)

1. Thank investors for their patience
2. Review Japan studies
3. Discuss possible strategic partnerships with other firms.
4. Anounce relocation of Hemispherx' C-Suite to Havana, Cuba
5. Review upcoming murine studies
6. Put HEB stock performance into the context of the difficult market conditions and overall economy.
7. Announce issuance of new warrants and stock to raise money.
8. Again, thank investors for their patience.

so thing could be worse if #7 is true.

actually i have two things i don't understand. please someone can explain them for me.
1. if every one thinks it is a scum, what happened in Japan? Japan case doesn't have any credit at all?

Probably people with some knowledge of the pending FDA denial pumped it up to short it. I wouldnt be surprised. Those guys have so much inside info that the public doesnt.
