Great oil play right now. check the 5 day and 6 month charts. This one is just starting to show up on some radar screens. CSTI is an institutional buyer and they are showing up on level 2 for this stock - big moves projected. currently trading around 0.004. based on the chart, this could run quickly to 0.02 IMO.
