TSTR Great Future

Funny that there is no discussion about TSTR here, they launched there satellite succesfully in the beginning of this month, and it was just confirmend that it had reached it's GEO orbit, reflectors was deployed, and now waiting for the first Phonecall, Terrestar (NASDAQ TSTR) has a very bright future, a lot of milestones in reach and with a great agreement with AT&T, plus there new small palm sized 4g satellitephone soon to be sold on the market, then this stock is destined to follow Terrestar-1 and that is high in the sky.

Kronborg, this is a new forum and you will see this more frequently that lots of stunning stocks are not discussed here yet, but in the time being situation will improve and we will get more members in this forum who have more knowledge about this business and will lead this forum one of the best stock discussion forum. may be you will be one of them some day.

Lets talk to TSTR. I am also watching this stock. This stock’s price reached more than $2 at some point before they launch the satellite, however just before the launch price dropped and even on the successful launch day price also dropped. Then price dropped less than $1, but there was no bad news. That surprised me a lot. However price is increasing slowly this week. As a new comer in the trade business, this behavior really astonished me as well, but you know everyday you will learn something.

But so far, my opinion is this stock has huge potential. I also guess this is a good time to buy. Since they don’t have any revenue last 3 years, big investors not feeling comfort to buy this stock, beside they will wait until the satellite is completely functional and also watch how this company approach in the future.

Well to be honest the big price dip surpriced me on the first day after the approval, but then I realized that daytraders had treated TSTR like a bio stock with a approval yet to come, so when the rocket launched, and the pps did not go up a great deal then we saw a all short people abandon ship and that caused the huge dip, another factor i think people are forgetting is that it was removed from the Russel index in the end of june, that always gives either a jump (CTIC, HEB etc.) or a decline, as i think we saw with TSTR the reason we saw it so late was due to the launch of the rocket so the daytraders actually took the dip that should have been around 28 th. June
Anyway all that is of course just based on my opinion, what is not based on my opinion is the fact that they now have a satellite (Won't say fully functional just yet) in the air they have all there duckes on a row, with the developed 4g satellite phone and with the great partnership with AT&T, I can only Imagin if they win the dispute about Spectrum in Europe, and Terrestar-2 that is poised to be launched late 2009 first 2010, will be used for the European market and not only as a spare.
But again just my thoughts, and nice to have brought some light on this cheap steal.
