Can anyone explain why this stock is not moving the way it's suppose too. They got approval from two biggest country China and Russia, but still stock doesn't move much.

I would say that is why it's not moving because on every board you see some smartass bashing it,I'm sure it's being shorted to death but the forward split is going to ***** the shorters.
