personally I think they will appeal the decision
they do have 2 other drugs in the pipeline that they will probably focus more on now
but still, you have a drug that is waiting approval and in a worst case senario : I think they will do a limited run clinical trial to shut the FDA's mouths :/
but since they are short on $ it may not come for a while - unless the FDA backs down

I personally think that they will appeal the decision, because the priorities now are SurfaxinLS and Aerosurf. I'm not so sure that Surfaxin RDS will rejected by FDA...

I got out of the stock last week right before it started moving up...go figure. However, I think the company has good pipeline and will make a great for long term.

Any chance of this stock going back to $1? I got in before hearing the news about FDA applying a new standard for Surfaxin. Should I sell before the earnings release this Wednesday?

I almost wanted to buy but was waiting for a pullback and now I feel lucky i didn't go in. there are better plays out there like biel...

If you got lot of shares that are @1$ or more and if you want to sold, then you just got to buy more shares when they are low to get your average down :-) The coference wich we speak about some posts before will probably make the stock price rise up. And it would be the good moment to sell ;-)

Looks like there hasn't been much discussion on this one since July, is there anybody still bullish on DSCO? It appears they are meeting with the FDA on the 29th of next week to discuss surfaxin's approval. Pending a little more DD on my part I may set a limit buy for this stock next week.
