ARST has spiked up to 20 from 14 in just one month, what contributed to this uptrend

1) Solid earnings
2) Obama's security initiative for govt infrastructure
3) recent hacking activities on govt sites prompted govt to take major steps in securatizing sites.

My projection is for ARST is surely around $33.
