Just a little worried about a few red flags in the latest 10K.
A quick scan revealed possible de-listing from the Nasdaq GM due to the stock price being under 1.00. They have been given several extensions on the date though.
The second thing is the approved R/S. Anywhere from 5:1 to 10:1, up to the Directors.
