Combing through so-called "hot stocks" here and on other sites as well i almost get the impression that this is becoming a "sprint to the vaccine".

My question then is this:

Will this be a winner-take-all situation with one stock coming out on top and tanking the rest?

I feel like a lot of these companies are working on stuff (different parts of A vaccine), but they can't all make their own vaccine and all come out on top.

NVAX with their VLP technology, CBIS with some form of anti-inflammatory, HEB with a vaccine adjunt, etc.

I can't imagine that all of these companies will somehow combine their products into some sort of "super vaccine" with bits and pieces from different companies and shudder at the thought of the size (literally) of such a vaccine.

News tonight mentioned that some 40% of the population of the US could have this in 2010. So I imagine that these stocks will see a lot more volume in the next few months. If they're hot now, imagine what's going to happen when people really start dropping.

Where do you/we go for relevant information? Each company will tell you that they are the best and this and that. I'm looking for straight talk.

I've got a feeling that Tamiflu will be obsolete soon and wonder who'll take that spot.

How are people on this board playing this field?

Thanks,
Scott
