    Default ACTC stock

Advanced cell's stem cell approach to treating retinal degenerative disorders is quite unique. If the drug has a successful phase 1 trial then an orphan drug like this has HUGE potential. It is important to remember though that phase 1 trials test for treatment safety. There is, according to my data, only 12 patients enrolled in this p1 study. If any have a serious health complication as a result of this treatment than the FDA could put a hault on this development. I would wait to buy this one until after a successful phase 1 trial is announced.

Default ACTC - Reasons to buy

    - Developed and demonstrated technique to generate embryonic stems that maintain developmental potential of the embryo and therefore has potential to shift the ethical debate. Announced hESC lines created without destroying an embryo in multiple studies.

    Default MM non-compliance?

I could not trade ACTC (OTC BB) yesterday.

No new trades were listed on the trading platforms, yahoo.com, marketwatch.com, etc. However, according to otcbb.com and thehotpennystocks.com, it was being traded as usual (closing price = 0.102, volume = 3.27M). According to: Advanced Cell Technology (ACTC): davpar, yesterday I e-mailed FINRA at address below about , the stock is delisted due to MM non-compliance.

I do not understand: it is delisted yet it is being traded? Could someone explain that to me?

Does anyone have any reliable information? Is this something that can be taken care of promptly?

    Default

Yahoo does not show yesterday's trades under ACTC.OB, but it does under ACTC.PK.

Does this mean delisting from OTC-BB and relegation to PK?

    Edited to add:

    Found it! http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards...ge_id=48326732

So many stocks delisted because of the sponsoring MM's failure to pay a fee!

How long should it take to fix this?
