I've noticed CTIC fluctuates up and down 1 penny almost all day long, sometimes over 50 times in a row. That looks unusual compared to the movement of other stocks. Does anyone know whats going on to cause this and why? Also, is it safe to try and trade that movement?

with no news due in the next couple of months, it probably is not a day-traders stock. But it definitely looks to have a nice potential if you stick till the year end, unless FDA keeps missing their dates and we have to wait till next years first quarter :P
What do you mean the FDA has been missing dates? They're just taking longer?
And I don't think you could trade the penny shifts cause the bid and ask should still be pretty different.

I'm thinking of buying a few shares of ctic but unfortunatly i made the mistake of investing a large portion of my portfolio. However, i think i may still buy some 1st thing monday.

Getting in close to these dates is a high risk opportunity. May make you a beggar or may make you a millionaire... good luck to everyone...I will be watching the show from the street...
