Lightbulb K-V Pharmaceutical Company (Public, NYSE:KVA)

Bought at $1.80 and sold at $3.40 all in June 09. I was waiting for a re-entry point after they file its Annual Report. After after hours on Friday an article came out titled KV Pharmaceutical hires bankruptcy firm. The first thought is going to be they are going bankrupt, but after reading the article it looks like they are "restructuring its financial operations and cash management efforts." This troubled company recently was granted certain limited non-exclusive, royalty-bearing, non-transferable rights to sell in the United States generic versions of the drug OxyContin (oxycodone HCl controlled-release) for a limited period of time. KV had to shut down production of all its own drugs in January and cannot resume production until it meets FDA standards. If or when they get FDA approval to restart production the stock will go way up. I wanted to wait for the company to file its financial report but may buy in after the panic selling hits bottom.

I would be interested in anyone's thoughts.

I have some shares and holding long. Was checking their reports and they have filed Form 13, form 8 for which they are little late. I also believe, they are restructuring their finances. They recently granted production rights in europe. Looking at their progress last 6 month, doesn't look like they will go bankcruptcy. But there will be definitely a pullback. I am also thinking to add more. GL.
