    Here is the chart:

DEPO is on my watch list and has been channeling down since 2004. Insiders have been buying a little more than usual, but I like to see more volume when a stock is breaking out and passing an upper resistance level. I am going to wait for the stock to reach $4.50-$5.00 before I consider buying. If this is just another top, buying now could result in having to hold the stock through the lows of the bottom to follow.

    Thumbs up Depo

Depo is to release three phase III results for two of its drugs in the coming weeks - one for hot flashes and the other for PHN both of which have significant opportunity

It looks like the trials are for time-release version of Gabapentin, which is a widely used drug for seizures, neuropathic pain and other indications... including PHN. It has a half-life of 5-7 hours so I can see patients using the generic non-time release rather than pay the steep prices for the branded.

You should research the clinical trial data for DEPO's version and other studies for PHN and hot flashes.

Also, a serious problem with studies whose endpoints include such subjective data as pain responses is that the placebo effect could scotch the results.
