The chart only shows price movement and gives a clearer picture of pricing levels. A breakout of $3.50 would clear the way for higher prices.
A great stock that is ready to buy for those who are looking for a long term investment.
CNU drew my attention because of its two stage progression. The first phase started in early 1999 and lasted until late 2003. This was considered its basing phase and lasted approximately four years. The bulk of its pricing fell between $0.25 and $1.25 or a range of
$1.00. It could have been considered a perfect breakout buy ($0.80) from a four year downtrend as well after falling from its high in 1996. In late 2003, CNU moved to a higher price level known as a consolidation. This higher basing pattern builds more power into an already long base of four years. I seriously started watching this stock in January 2009 when it had 9 years of energy built up waiting for a breakout. I initially bought at an early entrance of $2.50 which was a breaking of the downtrend of two years within the consolidation. This month’s high would have you up 27% even though it has fallen back recently. I believe it is likely this stock will continue to rise into the 2010.
