Bought in at .04, its up to .065 today, which is no great news as it readily goes back and forth between .04 and .08 from what I've seen. Anybody in on this stock? New news? Any legs?

Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRNO) announced today that it has filed a Certificate of Amendment with the State of Florida on July 10, 2009 changing its name to Global Enviro Solutions, Inc. The Company will also be filing Form 8K with the Securities and Exchange Commission announcing the name change.

The name change has been effectuated in anticipation of pending acquisition(s) the Company is considering, dealing with remediation of waste oil, slop oil, and oil recycling technologies. The Company has filed an application for a new trading symbol and CUSIP number change that will better reflect the new name of the Company. Until such time that a new CUISP number and symbol is issued, the Company will remain trading under the symbol GRNO.
