Phase II / III Top Line Play (Aug 2009)

Thank you for your overwhelming support to my previous posting on Phase III Top Line Results Plays. To answer some of your questions - those stocks that made the list all passed my personal DD filters, that means no OTC, no medical device plays, good volume, not too expansive, consistent trend up and short term reporting timeline...etc. I am sure I missed some gems out there, but those gems are not my game. I will only stick with what I know.

With those things in mind, here are some companies I am currently watching. The investing time frame is medium to long term but expecting some nice pops along the way.

NVAX - Phase II for Flu Vaccine, popped today, topline resulted expected 3Q09, this one benefited from the Swine Flu wave these days.

MSHL - Phase III results expected Dec2009 and survival data expected by late 2010. Still cheap (<$1)

ANDS - Phase II initiated and results by 4Q09 - 1Q10, action recently.

CBRX - Phase III enrollment completion by 4Q09, result expected mid 2010

VICL - Phase III completion 4Q09, reporting 2Q10

RMTI - Phase II completed by Sept09, reporting by Nov/Dec09

PARD - Survival data for Phase III due 2H09

FOLD - Phase II result due 3Q09, Phase III to begin 2Q09
