There seems to be a positive sentiment on the Yahoo board that these gius did nothing wrong and as asson as they announce the findings the stock should shoot back up to $15 quickly....
They have a prematal down syndrome test that was looking good prior to an announcement by the company that the data was mishandled.
From what I can tell this companies been around a long time and *could* turn positive within the next 30-60 days...upon approval it is sure to skyrocket
I would suggest keeping an eye on it.
I foolishly bought on a run a month ago thinking good news was on the way only to have it drop back into the $3's but am keeping an eye on this one.

Yes they are because of the data mishandling (which has never really been defined)
based on what I've been able to research the company is expected to announce the results of the data mishandling prove there was no intentionally wrong doing any time between now and Sept.
They are also builing a new $10M Lab and I believe just hired some hot shot scientist.
I personally sold at a loss but am watching it for news because it could be a really fast flier if good news comes out and it is expected soon.
I copied the below from the Yahoo board:
Company was trading around $15,
Company's stock crashed to the $3-$5 due to "mishandling" of information,
Company is being investigated for fraud,
SEC is investigating trading activities around that time,
If the independent investigation and/or SEC find out that there was no fraud then:
Stock will probably be around $20 by end of year (if data is validated with good percentage in fourth quarter)
If the independent investigation and/or SEC find out that there was fraud and intentional mishandling then:
Stock will go around the $2 range.

Tommorrow announcement of MEDX deal and SQNM stock is supposed to soar. Massive amount of rumors abound. Down syndrome test is the hot SQNM product. Any input out out there.
