*It has a PDUFA data on October 22 for its drug Lorcaserin

*The company is searching a partner to sell Lorcaserin

*It have 2 competitors and this market, VIVUS en Orexigen
Vivus drugs is scheduled one week later than Lorcaserin

*The first who will have their drugs approved would have a mega blockbuster status and will partner with big pharma or is a potential buy out target.

*The data of both Phase III trials were positive
The BLOOM and BLOSSOM results were comparable, and demonstrated the following key lorcaserin effects after one year of treatment:
About two-thirds of patients achieved at least 5% weight loss and over one-third achieved at least 10% weight loss
