I am hoping for the FDA approval soon. I am starting to lose my patience.

Yes, its frusturating just like all of us on the NEPH train. They were due for an FDA decision on a 510k for their mediacl device, which are generaly a lot faster and easier than a drug approval, but it's over 30 days late now. Not suprisingly the FDA had just recieved a new head person right arround the time the decision was due, but thats just my luck! GL

I did not have a chance to participate in the yesterday call. Did they make any good news? Looking at the beating the stock took yesterday after a nice run the day before, I wouldn't think so. Did they say anything about the new stock offering... (dilution)?

I find it not correct for the 4+ Million people with CFS that the FDA is waiting so long. It must be a nightmare waiting for a suitable treatment.

I think this time we are close to FDA decision, approval or decline? This is the biggest question. According to the management, they have really good chance to get approve. If this drug approve, I think price will go up to $8/10 per share. May be you guys are laughing about my prediction, but I think it will happen. Again if this is not approved then there is a chance that price will go less than 50 cents per share. So there is risk, question is that risk worthy? Most analysis believes yes.

although its been a while and many are running out of patience on ampligen but do have a belief that it will come to reality,an if approved this will be the first and only FDA approved treatment for CFS with an estimated market of about 4+ Million people!!!!!

yeah, i really think it will come to reality. anyway, the price of HEB stock is good!what we need it the patient!

Overall, the odds short-med term don't look good IMO. but there is indeed one thing that has the chance to change the name of the game when the time is right, which is the persistancy of the company to push this drug through a slow and not-so-eager FDA. if they dont give up on improving the deficiencies , eventually FDA will say yes.

I'm no thumper, but Yes this stock would test the patience of Job.

I have had shares for maybe 6 months now and have been on the verge of selling everyday.
