Which Broker allows to buy OTC - Pre Market

Hi All,
I tried many brokers (Scottrade, Zecco, TD Ameritrade, TradeKing....).
But none of them allows to buy OTC shares in Premarket.

Can some one suggest which broker allows to buy OTC/Penny stocks in premarket.

My response may be late but; I'm afraid that you will not find one as only MM's can trade OTC, OTCBB and PINKS pre-market/after-hours. It's not a privilege us lowly mortals are allowed.

in OTC you should take care a bit. the market often depends on big players
