Alternate to InteractiveBrokers

I have been using interactive brokers. I don't trade everyday. Maximum 2 or 3 trades per month. Now the monthly cost is around $10 for data feed $10 if I don't accumulate minimum commission of $30. Planning to change to other brokers.


Can you provide some other brokers who offers competitive fees and supports penny stocks, pre-trading/after trading hours?
