So far so good with TDAmeritrade, esp with iphone. Able to see level 2s even from iphone. Also after-hrs / pre-market trades if available.
Been using TDAmeritrade for a few months...
$9.99 a trade, but no fees and it doesnt matter what the stock is or how much of it
great streaming tools (command center), check it out!![]()
I have only TDAmeritrade as of now. Their fee is high for each trade. I am looking out for other better options. Please suggest
Does anybody use Schwab here? What I heard, they are expensive, but their tools rule... Do they worth those high commissions?
I use TRADEKING for longer investments and over $1..
I use ZECCO for trading penny stocks under $1, OTC, pinksheets! works great for them.
Both have been good and cheap.under $5/trade
Tradeking does not have mobile software for iphone yet such as Etrade but I was told by a Customer Service Rep. that is one of their priorities possibly by end of year.
Scottrade is the only one I know so I can't compare. I can say that I have had no issues with them.
Hey Rich, threre is nothing wrong with scottrade so as long as you don't trade stocks less than a dollar thats when you will realize that there not as price competitive. TD Ameritrade might cost more on the surface but its a flat rate for any priced stock and you get streaming tech tools and a cheap version of level 2. glty.
Thanks for the info Dar. I'll check TD out.
I use WHSelfinvest, but I do not know if it is available in the states...
