Free stock quote streamer

I was wondering if anybody knows or are familiar with any Free stock quote streamers? i dont no if there are any avalible, i use zecco trading and they have a quote ticker but there is a delay every second matters, or the real time streamers they charge $ 20 a month and i only starting out investing in penny stocks so 20 dollars a month add up and its hard to make a gain with that charge a month.Dont get mad and flame me, im just asking a simple question to see if any do exist.

I think this link Level2StockQuotes.com - Free Level 2 Stock Quotes has free streaming quotes. I use the level 2 book occasionally. I believe google's finance page has real time quotes for stocks listed on a major exchange. I think you might be hard pressed to find a free one for pennies though.
