    Cool Insider Information

    What sites does everyone use to check on insider and institutional ownership and transactions? I use J3SG - Home and Free SEC Filings Email Alerts - SECFilings.com. I use both of them and compare them against each other because neither seem to be 100% accurate.

    Scottrade has a section for insider buys and sells. But recently I've been hearing about insider trans. that have not shown up on Scottrade. Now I have some place to cross reference the info. to see if it's legit or just pump/bash nonsense. Thanks for the info!

    I just use NASDAQ Stock Market - Stock Quotes - Stock Exchange News - NASDAQ.com seems easy and accurate.

    Would you mind to explain little more how you see the insider trade in NASDAQ?
    Is it ‘Insider form 4’section under ‘Holdings/Ownership’?

    Default Profiting from Insider Transactions

    HGSI, DYAX, had insider buys & I got in and profited. I am currently in ARIA. Missed out on ANPI, KERX, SOMX. Anyone else profited or have any other insider buy plays.
