    No it will not. Thus far HEB has been all talk and zero substance. It's only goot to ride the wavey chart pattern. HEB will again go down under a buck. The issue is that there is no definite definition of CFS.

    From all that I read on HEB, I just don't get the feeling that this company will be around in the long-term. Seems like an investor's wasteland.
